AGREEMENT OF SERVICES

This agreement, made on __________, 200­__­_, between SOKOOL Entertainment (entertainer) and

_______________________­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­_________________________________________ (sponsoring party),

 agrees that entertainer will perform on: _________ 200___. From _____ a.m./p.m. to ______ a.m./p.m.

At this location_______________________________________________________________________,

 for $________, minus a deposit of $_______, to be paid in advance to reserve that date.  Balance to be paid at least two weeks before event date or on event date in cash.

Special Provisions

1. Gratuities are at the discretion of the sponsoring party.

2. Entertainer will arrive about an hour early on event date for setting up equipment.

3. Sponsoring party must secure adequate parking.  Any parking expenses incurred by the entertainer must be reimbursed by sponsoring party.

4. All information must be returned at least two weeks before event.

5. Performance date is reserved only when deposit is received.  Reservations cannot be made without a deposit.  Deposit is not refundable after 72 hours.  $10 will be charged for returned checks.  Date changes are considered cancellations.

6. Cancellations made less than 90 days before event will be subject to payment of one half of total contract fee.  Cancellations made less than 60 days before event will be subject to total contract fee.  Credit for cancellation fees may be given at entertainer’s discretion.

7. Compensation to be made to entertainer for any damages, intentional or otherwise, to equipment by sponsoring party or guests.

8. In the event of delay or cancellation by entertainer due to an Act of God, the contact fee will be decreased pro rata; the entertainer will not be held liable.

9. Overtime, if available, will be charged at the rate of $_____ per hour.
